Versaille panels are made in engineered form with 5mm of oak on 15mm Birch ply.  They can be produced in any timber the customer requires, we have produced these in the past in Wenge, Mahogany etc.  The panels are grooved all round and supplied with a 6mm loose tongue to join the panels together.  Whilst every effort is made to get the panels exactly square it is sometime necessary to trim edges with a rebate plane to get a perfect fit.
