Engineered Panels

Wood panels are normally manufactured based on 8’ x 4’ sheets but can be made up to 4m long at a premium.  These panels can be used in a multitude of furniture manufacturing projects, and typically, we have supplied them for table tops, which are edged with solid timber.  They are also commonly used in the bespoke kitchen door trade, where the bookmatched panels look spectacular, as they do on table tops.  They can be made either in 15mm or 20mm thick sheets, and, if necessary for high-end kitchen work, can be laminated on both sides.  The picture shows a 1.22m x 2.44m panel with 6 boards 200mm wide with 3 pairs bookmatched.  We can manufacture these panels in any timber of the customer's choice but with exotics it may take a little time to source the raw material.
